“Marengo – was the statement of Efrem Bovo (Marengo temporary manager) awarded the “Affectio Societatis” award by the National Association of Sociologists – is the social body so far filtered only by historiography but defined by the interdependencies suitable to create the head for the community. Sociology deepens the well-being situation of groups belonging to the society punctuated by heterogeneous suffering, but the individual need is never separated from the social environment: the passive smoker is exposed to lung cancer like any victim of smoking. Individual well-being is combined with a decent social environment. The process shared with the friends of Ans is remarkable: my contribution opened from the analysis on the problematic of road accident has been adorned from the offices of technical director to the international laboratory for the special initiatives of sociology and honorary president Piemonte. The complicity continues today to create Marengo habitat socially and culturally approachable and accrediting. It is pleasant to show my gratitude to the national leaders Pietro Zocconali (president) and Antonio Polifrone (secretary) for the loyalty card received to celebrate two decades of membership in the National Sociologist Association”.
